Please make sure your contact details are included on the referral letter. Once we have received your referral we will contact you to organise an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, or with fewer than 48 hours’ notice, you may incur a cancellation fee of $410 + GST. This fee cannot be claimed from Medicare and will only be processed on the day of your appointment should you not attend. Our receptionist will request your credit/debit card details at the time of booking.
